After selling 11 homes for both personal and investment use, my wife and I know the difference between a good and a not so good Realtor. In addition, I’ve been a licensed home inspector since 2008 and have witnessed over 3000 real estate transactions from the sidelines. After working with Ally, my wife and I agree that Ally is the best agent that we have ever worked with, ever! It all started at an open house that Ally had listed for sale. She asked me if I liked the home. I said yes. She then asked if I wanted to put in an offer. That blew me away. Every other open house that I had gone to, the agents talked about weather or football. Ally was the only one that tried to close a sale –impressive! When we listed our home, we chose to list it with Ally. After about a month of showings we still were waiting for an offer. We called Ally one morning to tell her we wanted to drop the price of the home by 25K as we were getting anxious. Ally responded “you are priced correctly and the FL marked hasn’t even started yet. I’m confident I can sell it for that price” Well don’t you know; we got a near full price offer a week later. Also, Ally gave us feedback after every showing which was very helpful, and if we called or texted, we would get a response in minutes.
